Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Due to COVID-19, our shipping partner Sendle may experience delays we cannot account for. We will do our best to help you should an issue arise, but we ask for your patience and understanding.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The price of delivery in Australia is calculated at checkout with the purchase of your Solushin medical device(s).

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK directly and have distribution partners in the USA and Canada. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at team@solushin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Should you request delivery to a P.O. box, we will opt to use Australia Post as our courier partner, Sendle, does not deliver to this service. This will be at no extra-charge to you.
